Our Membership Plan
For our patients that do not have insurance, we offer an in-house membership plan. This plan presents a number of exclusive professional services and discounts available under a low monthly or yearly membership fee. Benefits begin the day of enrollment with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Members are eligible for a full refund if services are not rendered within 30 days of purchase.
Membership pricing can not be utilized in conjunction with insurance or other special offers available at our practice. Any payments due that are not covered by the membership plan are due at the time of service.
