Our plan gives members access to preventive services for a low membership fee paid in monthly or yearly installments. With this membership, patients will also receive discounts of 10% on all other services; this includes treatments performed by specialists at our practice.
Additional Details
- Our membership plan is not an insurance policy; it cannot be used in conjunction with your dental insurance. This also means it can not be transferred should you visit another dentist.
- The plan does not include deductibles, maximums, or pre-approvals. Enrollment is easy, making your smile care more convenient and affordable than ever.
- The benefits of our plan begin on the day of enrollment and are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If services are not used within 30 days, patients are eligible for a full refund of the enrollment fee.
- Any payment that is not covered by the membership plan is due at the time of service.
